Gary was well educated with all codes. He was prompt on his arrival time. With a glance, explained that from his original bid there would be an extra expense as my system was not to code. He made a quick assessment of what would be needed, I agreed and he got busy. I'd recommend him to my family and friends. Straight forward. Knowledgeable. Prompt. Guaranties his work. You get what you pay for.

Gary was efficient and pleasant. I have great confidence in his abilities. He fixed our leaking water heater problem quickly and was reasonably priced. I highly recommend him.

From the time I called Gary to ask about replacing my 40+ year old water heater, until he and his assistant left after a successful installation, less than four hours had passed. He arrived ahead of his ETA and very quickly and efficiently got to the business of changing out a failing unit. That's the sign of a true professional!
